JACQUELYN FATA - BAKER, PROFESSIONAL PASTRY CHEF

Baked & Co. was created through my love and passion for baking. My dreams of becoming a professional pastry chef started many years ago and became a reality when I graduated the Pastry and Baking Arts Program of The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.

My certifications include diplomas in Baking and Pastry Arts, Restaurant and Culinary Management, New York Home Processing License and ServSafe Food Safety Certification.
